• Backup Power & AC Supply in environmentally controlled room – Room is sealed and can only be entered by authorized personnel via access key card. Dual 3-ton AC units for cooling and auxiliary 1 ton AC units for failover within the datacenter. UPS systems integrated throughout the data center, with redundant power supplies and tie-in to facility generator.
• 24x7 System Monitoring – Infrastructure, network and application monitoring by on-call response team for maximum uptime. Network traffic and monitor accomplished by automated system with automated notification.
• Multi-voice server configuration to guarantee 100% uptime for voice access – Dictation Servers are separated by multiple network and carrier segments to ensure availability and uptime.
• Supports Integration with Remote Voice Capture Systems via VPN – Cisco VPN concentrator provides secure VPN access for client integration of ASP into existing network infrastructure.
